We will work with you to create a personalized practice that supports your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Enhance your savasana (rest pose) experience and deepen your relaxation with our optional add-ons including reiki, sound bath, and acudetox (ear acupuncture). The reiki and sound bath add-ons increase the duration of your session by 30 minutes
